(1875-1952)

J. Farrell MacDonald did over 300+ films. Besides Acting he was a director. He directed several of the early silent Wizard of OZ movies. Worked with and for Hal Roach. Played John Wayne's father in the early serial - Hurricane Express. Played the Bartender in Henry Fonda's film My Darling Clementine. One of his last roles was in the Superman TV Episode - The molemen.
