View of Bank Street - Early 1920's

Here's a early view of Bank Street, across the street from the Howland-Hughes
Store. Photo was created from a glass negative bought on Ebay last year.......
Notice that Bank Street at this time allowed 2 way travel. Cars could go South
or North.

That is the O'Connor Building at 117 - 121 Bank St. in the photo. M.A. Green Jewelers moved into the storefront on the ground floor from Grand St. in 1935 after J.B. Mullings & Sons went out of business, and also moved their historic two dial sidewalk clock.
